At CASAÑEJA we use a volcanic stone tahona mill, a traditional method that allows slow and careful juice extraction, preserving the aromatic richness and natural character of the plant.
We do not seek efficiency at any cost. We seek respect for the raw material. Each turn of the tahona contributes to developing more complex, authentic profiles true to their origin.
